What kind of Compressors, High Pressure/Breathing Air do you offer?

 

We are capable of meeting your needs for high pressure (up to 7500 PSI) with various output capacities and various power sources from 110 Volt DC through 220 volt DC both single and three-phase, 1 HP to 15 HP electric motors as well as Gasoline and Diesel powered units.  Please call to let us know your needs and designs of a compressor. We will then do our best to meet your requirements.

 

There are various filtering options.  We provide Minimum of Grade D Breathing Air utilizing the above compressors.  These too are configured according to the amount of air needing to be filtered, and how often you utilize the compressor.

 

As a service, we can also provide third party air analysis set on a schedule from quarterly (NFPA requirement) to annually (OSHA requirement) with complete lab documentation.

 

We provide maintenance/oil changes along with filter/purification cartridge changes and air quality monitoring on a schedule that meets your requirements

 

Remember, when discussing CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) most, if not all, determinations of this are based on filling a 3000 PSI SCUBA  Cylinder from 500 PSI to 3000 psi. Therefore, a compressor may not provide the same CFM below 500 or above 3000 PSI. We can also supply storage cylinders, cascade systems, filling stations, and containment chambers along with all the hoses, fittings, and adapters needed for your permanent or mobile application.

 

What kind of materials are the cylinders you offer?

 

We can provide cylinders for your needs or requirements that will all meet DOT standards for the transportation of Hazardous Material (ie Compressed Gas, Breathing) We can obtain cylinders New and Used, manufactured from various materials such as aluminum, 3AL, 8AL, steel, 3AA, alloys, Exemption, ISO/UN, composites, carbon, fiberglass and Kevlar from manufacturers such as Luxfer, Structural Composite Industries, Norris, Worthington (formerly Harrisburg Steel), Carlton Technologies, and some imported from other countries that have DOT approvals.
